I am reminded over and over again of the value of owning firearms chambered in 22 long rifle. I think everyone should have one, not just because they are cheap, but because they will allow you to focus on the fundamentals of shooting. For whatever reason, shooters tend to overlook the fundamentals. Too many go to the range and hose ammo without thinking of the end goal. 22’s allow you to have fun and get better.
