You might also be surprised to know that the great state of Tennessee set a record on black Friday. The TN Instant Check System, TICS, completed 5,936 transactions on Black Friday. That was 1,079 more than Black Friday 2011. Perhaps they should call it black Friday because of all of the AR-15’s walking out the door. I was surprised that economic conditions didn’t slow this down. Evidently some things are actually fueled by tough times.
